Project & Process
We follow a clear and structured process so you always know what is happening and what comes next. It starts with a discovery call where we understand your business, your goals, and your audience. From there we move into strategy and planning, then design, then development, then testing, and finally launch. At every stage you are involved, informed, and in control.
It depends on the scope and complexity of the project. A standard website typically takes between 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger builds such as ecommerce platforms or SaaS products may take longer. We give every client a clear timeline at the start of the project and we do everything in our power to stick to it. No surprises, no ghosting.
We include a structured revision process in every project. Our goal is always to get it right, not to rush you through changes so we can close the file. We will agree on the number of revision rounds at the start of your project so expectations are clear on both sides. Most of our clients find that we get it right well before revisions are exhausted.
Yes. We build on platforms that give you full control of your content without needing a developer for every small change. We also provide a handover session after every project where we walk you through how to manage your website confidently. You should never feel locked out of your own digital property.

We do not disappear after delivery. We offer post-launch support to make sure everything is running smoothly and to address any issues that may come up in the early days after launch. If you need ongoing maintenance or support beyond that, we can discuss a retainer arrangement that works for both of us.
